Casa Claudio, small and charming rental in Ostuni, 10m away from the beach, is located on the first floor of a buiding of the early XX century. There is no part of the house from whom you can't have a stunning view of the sea, feeling like on a ship. This apartment is on the same floor of Casa Lorenzo, giving two families the chance to share a pleasant holiday together, but keeping their own indipendence and privacy.
Casa Claudio is composed of an entrance, kitchenette with kitchenwares, a double bedroom with a mezzanine on which there is a further sleeping accomodation and a bathroom with shower. In the entrance, using an old ladder, another sleeping accomodation on a mezzanine can be reached. The mezzanines aren't suitable for children younger than 7 years old: that's because they can be reached with the old ladders (obviously renovated) that many years ago were used for the olive harvest, beautiful but with distant rungs.
In Casa Claudio guests will also find a beach umbrella and beach chairs. This house has also air conditioning.
